Reformation 500

On October 31, 1517 a German monk named Martin Luther nailed 95 disputations (or theses) to the door of the cathedral in Wittenburg, Germany.  This action, unknown to him, was going to be the spark that set in motion one of the most influencial events in world history, the Protestant Reformation.  This year marks the 500th anniversary of this momentus event!  We intend to celebrate, remember, and recommit ourselves to the reformation through a study of Paul's letter to the Galatians.  It was Luther's study of Galatians (along with Romans) that set him firmly on the path that led to rediscovering the very heart of the gospel of grace.  500 years later we will journey through Galatians as well taking time to see and savor the beautiful, comforting, and soul-saving truths that set the world on fire for the truth 500 years ago.
